Subscriptions (Pro)

• Cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of the first charge, no questions asked.

Launch Pack (one-time)

If the generated pack doesn't meet your expectations, request a refund within 7 days of purchase and before exporting the final deliverables, and we will refund in full.

How refunds are processed

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay or Stripe, typically within 5–7 business days.
